The Funky Fig
We are thrilled to celebrate Valerie, owner of The Funky Fig at Olney Antique Village as our December Vendor of the Month whose booth can be found upstairs in the Second Story.
Valerie has spent the past eleven years transforming, refinishing, and reimagining furniture with one mission in mind: to reuse and repurpose pieces in order to keep them out of the landfill. Her eye for design and dedication to quality make her space a true standout in the village.
Valerie’s passion for creativity is only matched by her lifelong devotion to animals. She is the founder of Pampered Paws Rescue, a nonprofit organization that saves and rehabilitates companion animals. Her work in animal rescue and welfare spans more than thirty years, beginning all the way back in her college days.
Each month, Pampered Paws Rescue hosts an adoption event right here at Olney Antique Village to encourage rescue, connection, and community. Stay tuned for details about the next event and join us in celebrating Valerie for all she brings to our village.
